Our years of experience with other area association management companies instilled in us a desire to fulfill the need for a company whose central motivation and modus operandi is steadfast integrity, transparency in management, and absolute accountability to both the assocation represented, and the owners represented by the association.
We have implemented a number of new procedures affecting the receivables of a large (1200+ homes) association, and quickly turned a rapidly growing deficit of over $100,000 to a positive cash flow, with all books in the black! Turnaround time for complaint resolution dropped to days instead of weeks and months, preventive maintenance took the place of catch-up/fix-it after its broke, and property values began climbing, even during the generalized malaise and down-turn of today's hard-pressed real estate economy.
We decided the time had come to begin implementing our ideas and management style in a wider market, and CenTex Association Management was born in April, 2008.
Dedicated to the principles of integrity, transparency and accountability in management, CenTex Association Management is not interested in garnering large numbers of contracts anywhere they can be found, but in working with and for those outstanding associations that cherish the same ideals, and are dedicated to them.
